Sleep lover

I have always known that David loves sleep like Phillip and I, but I think he loves it more than the average 2 year old.

Today was not a normal day, but it was pretty funny! David was playing with Noah's ark and I was putting away Elizabeth's clothes when he looked at me and said "na nite, mama, nap." He then went to his room, found his lamb and ba ba (David's name for pacifier), climbed into bed, got under the covers and fell asleep. Phillip even tried to get him to leave and go play since it was only 11:30, but he said "shut door daddy." Granted he does have a runny nose and is getting up around 6 or before, but it is still funny to watch a child who has so much energy decide when it is nap time and put himself to sleep!

They are both sleeping, so Phillip and I are enjoying some together time and of course catching up on blogs!
