Thursday was David's last day of preschool for the 2009-2010 year. We are so thankful we did preschool this year! We are thankful for David's progress (especially with his letters and name) the chance to learn to follow directions, to do art with Mrs. Berends, socialize with other kids, and be encouraged, loved and cared for by other adults who love the Lord!

This melted my heart - during the special graduation moment for each kid, Elizabeth was getting a little antsy. David asked her to come sit by him and then he was SO SWEET to her!

Officially graduated!Mrs. Fink asked each student a series of questions beforehand and then shared the responses at the celebration, while each child took a turn standing on a pedestal, and then gave him/her a certificate. After Phillip and Mrs. Fink got David to get his hand out of his mouth, he did great!

Awww....good for David! What a special day. :) I bet you are amazed at how much they can learn in one year!
