Today is the day we are beginning to train Elizabeth. I am tired after a wonderful week of vacation (pics to come later) and a 6 hours car ride yesterday (my grandpa's 80th Bday), but I don't like to put things off! I want Elizabeth fully trained before I go back to school in a month (don't ask me when I try not to think about it) so we started today! It started GREAT with a #1 and a #2 in the potty first thing!! We gave her lots of verbal praise and a tattoo. She got stickers her other successes! When I trained David, we worked around the clock on training for 3 days and he was good to go! I planned on doing that with Elizabeth, but we had to leave the house to grocery shop. She had two accidents while we were out, and one success. Oh well, every step helps! She does great as long as she is nakid, but as soon as I put her panties on she has an accident. I think I need to go buy more! I did the diaper at nap time after she wet the bed once... we both needed a break! I am hoping for a better day tomorrow, but am proud of her success times today!

I'll be praying for you as we are also working on potty training with Sylvia.
Way to tackle it, Andrea!! Yea, Elizabeth!
Good job Andrea! Every kid is different. :) I wouldn't worry about the nap time thing yet. It seems like for MOST kids, that comes later. Abigail doesn't wear diapers for when she does nap, but she still does for night time. Kids brains aren't fully developed to wake them up in deep sleeps to pee like we do until 4 or 5. Seems like you are off to a great start!
