Bloomsbury Farm - Atkins, Iowa

These first couple of photos are taken with Phillip's phone as my camera battery died half way into the evening. I am thankful for phones that take pictures! I don't know why the camera only has 2 minutes remaining when it begins flashing at me. I need more of a warning than that!Helping Elizabeth on the giant jumping pillow!
Considering eating the corn
Playing in the corn box
Inside the 10 acre corn maze! We did not do the whole thing as it takes an hour just to get through going straight through it without getting lost!
One of David's favorite attractions!
The crazy goats would do anything for food!Getting to feed our own goat way up high!
It is amusing to me how things my mom had to do on the farm and fun for my kids these days!

Feeding "Llama, Llama Mad at Mama"

Brave David feeding the chickens corn out of his hand!
Elizabeth seriously loved the animals, but calls EVERY animal "puppy." She says it as clear as day it is hilarious! She even calls the squirrels puppy at home!
My photo op didn't work out so well :)
See that truck way out in the fields? It seriously hit the truck! It was amazing... a little loud though!
Sitting on "Bessie." (I know it was 38 degrees and my kids should not have been in crocks, but both LOVE them ask for them!! I pick my battles! At least they both have hats and mittens, even though Elizabeth's mittens aren't on!
Please ignore my giant shadow, my daughter's hat pulled over her eyes so she can't see, and David's goofy face. See the potential that this photo had if all involved would have cooperated! They are both wearing hats, mittens, and coats from last season as the cold came upon us so fast and I didn't have new ones! I think Elizabeth doesn't need anything new though as everything finally fits this time around!

Looks like lots of fun! My niece called our fish "dogs" when she was little.

That looks crazy fun!!! The kids look adorable and R wears crocs year-round- as long as socks are on underneath, we're good to go!

Looks a lot like the place that we took our kids earlier...before the frigid weather hit. Yuck. I loved the jumping pillow--did you try it out? So fun. I looked into getting one for the backyard. Um yeah...not for $13,000! :)
