The week before we went on vacation we took a morning to go to the county fair with grandma. It is small, but the kids had fun going to see the animals. We didn't even make it to all the barns, there were so many animals.

David LOVED the sheep, but not very surprising as he goes to bed each night with a lamb. However, the cows freaked him out and we did not stay there that long!

As I am VERY allergic to cats Grandma had to step up to play with the kids and the kitties!
I don't know if it is because we have no pets and so my kids are deprived or if they just are both animal people, but my kids LOVE pets! They especially LOVED this farm cat! Elizabeth would literally SCREAM at it in excitement and the cat didn't care and David would carry it and DRAG it everywhere! The cat was a great sport!
