I realize it has been a while since I posted last. I enjoy reading others blogs in the evenings, but forget to post myself!
God is good. We still do not have two walking children, but I am sure we will soon! Elizabeth continues to make me laugh with her constant talking and "yelling" at her brother when he takes things. She has been swaying and "singing" a lot lately and I think it is adorable! Also, as soon as you put her in her crib she crawls as quick as she can and finds all her pacifiers and drops them out of the crib and then whines for them. It is turning into quite the game for her. Lately, I have noticed she is getting smarter and knows I won't come back in, so she keeps just one. Today she had a hard time with the opening and closing reflex to let go of the pacifier it was hilarious!
David has seemed a little more challenging lately and I have been working hard to try to devote the time with him on instruction, encouragement, and discipline. He seems to be more physical with Elizabeth lately and CANNOT STAND to share his toys with her... he is better with his friends, but not his sister. As I am sure this will be an on going battle, and I am trying to go into battle at full force now hoping it will have it dividends in the future, but it is not easy! I love him dearly and long for him to have a kind and loving heart for others!
Although winter seems to begin in November and some sicknesses start going around in October, the doctors say that February is the worst month with January close behind it for germs. David's first winter he had 7 ear infections in a row. Elizabeth had an infection at her 9 month check up and we just took her in to have them checked again and now she has a double ear infection! I am praying we don't get to 7 in a row like with David. And of course, with the medicine always comes the explosive poops! My friend Sara threw some onesies out they were so close and I am close to it! The "stuff" is often up to Elizabeth's neck. On the positive side, she gets to take lots of baths, which she adores!

We had winters like that, especially with the last two boys. Both ended up getting tubes because we never cleared up. They were both younger than"normal" too but seemed to really help.
You brought back bad memories of the poops that accompany those ATBs, yucky! I too threw out several onsies. The plight was futile and not worth the time and frustration, not to mention the smell. Hope everyone feels better soon.
I can so relate to your post! My two girls share better with friends than they do with each other sometimes. I think that just comes with the fact that they are siblings. And the poopy onesies...been there many times :)
