These are some of David's sayings lately...
"I made green" (those of you with the singing potty know what I am talking about... David is excited when his yellow urine looks green on the blue bottom of the potty and then excited when it is yellow in the big potty)
"How's it works mama?" I hear this at least 3o times a day... David is fascinated with how EVERYTHING works... I don't know if it is a two year old stage or a boy thing. Isn't there a show called "How Things Work?" I think he is ready to start watching it!
"My do it myself" We just smile and joke he is so two, which by the way I LOVE THE Two's and I don't think there is anything terribly about them! We have our moments and he is full of energy and spunk, but we love it!
"Where did grandma and grandpa go?" We are praying for them in Kenya and talking about how they are helping people there and telling them about Jesus.
On another note... Elizabeth slept through the night 2 nights in a row(I fed her at 9:30 or so and then around 6:30), but then last night wanted to eat at 3:30.... I kept giving her a pacifier until 4:30, but she wouldn't give up so I fed her... she did eat every 2 hours or so that day so I do think it might have been a growth spurt. Our friend, Dr. Johnson said they did a study here at the University and that kids truly do have growth spurts and grow as much as 3/4 an inch a night! I should have measured her before and after :) She was normal today, but extra sleepy. I am hoping tonight goes well again!

Jonah has been sleeping through the night again. Maybe there's something that happens around 12 months that makes them stop sleeping. Hopefully she does well for you tonight!
Another thought about David saying that he made "green." When Abbie goes, she will look at the potty and tell me that she made a cirle! Where do they come up with these things? :)
