David and daddy in the tractor. Daddy took David for many rides. David was especially amazed at how daddy used the grapple arm to pick up the big logs and throw them in the fire! Go daddy!
Watching the fireworks with John Mason. David was terrified this year and wouldn't watch at first, but daddy showed him he how to cover his ears and still watch!
David went up to Aunt Sharon's farm with grandma Herman and his aunts on Wed and Phillip, Elizabeth, and I joined them Thursday afternoon.While at the farm daddy got to drive the tractor and help clear the trails, David got lots of 4 wheeler rides, mommy had lots of help with the kids and didn't have to cook, we saw lots of Uncle Josh's fireworks, we fed calves bottles, and enjoyed wonderful time with family.
I love going to Aunt Sharon's and Uncle Gene's farm and playing a game like Sorry and doing fun outdoor things we don't usually get to do around here! David LOVED playing with his new cousin John Mason, and Katie, Emmy, and Natalie.

isn't the farm fun - Drew just spent the day with my parents. He told me that him and Grandpa got a lot of work done!
You are a much braver mom than I am. I am not sure that I would be able to let Abbie get on the 4 wheeler. Good thing she has Zach around to make sure she gets to do fun things and doesn't turn out to be a big wimp like me! :)
